Clementine spent part of her childhood in Zimbabwe, before moving back to the United Kingdom. She is a broadcast journalist and is currently based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Clementine has reported from Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Togo, Senegal, South Africa & Zambia, covering a range of issues from conflict, displacement and terrorism to business, elections & human interest stories.
Her previous broadcast experience was with CGTN Africa, France 24 & RFI in Paris, France. Her work in print has appeared in publications including The Independent, The Sunday Times & The Africa Report. During her time in Paris, she also volunteered for Reporters Without Borders.
Clementine graduated from Warwick University in French with International Studies.
She speaks fluent French, is learning Kiswahili & is an avid-traveller & amateur photographer.
